Conservatives ignore facts.

They operate on an ideological level that does not permit the sidetracking influence of truth. On top of that, their logic is often hypocritical. To them the needle exchange program (which saves lives) needs to be put an end to, because if the greater public has access to clean needles, then everyone is going to start shooting heroine… i.e. people can’t be trusted with that medical supply. However, when it comes to guns, (which kill people) not only how dare you say that the public should not be trusted with these weapons, but it’s everyone’s right to own a tool of death! By the way, I’m not anti-gun. I’m just for fact backed truth… and the truth is that the needle exchange saves lives. The only reason to be against it is if you have an ideology that requires you to ignore facts. Needles bad.
